Returns & Exchanges

At Rutvi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt and process your refund.
